Meet The Founder….
Tracey is the owner of Bella Roman Inc. and the Thrive Ad Agency. She is also the creator of the LinkedAutomation™ Method, a systematic approach to delivering nurtured business relationships for her clients.
She attended Emory University and received her MBA from Regis University. After entering the high tech space in 1993, she spent the following 20 years in sales and business development roles within organizations that ranged from multi billion dollar to start ups.
In 2013, Tracey decided to leave the corporate world to start her own businesses, the first being Bella Roman Inc. After seeing first hand how the sales process has changed and considering the onset of the internet and social selling, she worked to put together a model to produce sales opportunities with a systematic and predictable approach, the LinkedAutomation™ Method and from this the Thrive Ad Agency was born.
When not working, she enjoys playing tennis and polo. Tracey contributes her time to non-profit efforts and has a special affinity to fighting human trafficking. As a breast cancer survivor, she also helps volunteer in that area. She currently resides in the Buckhead area of Atlanta with her family and their dog Scarlett and cat Olivia.
